Welcome to PromptMan.dev ("PromptMan", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website, dashboard, API, SDKs, and related services ("Services").

By using PromptMan.dev, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Your Account

1.1 Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

1.2 Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• all activity under your account
• ensuring your users comply with these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

2. Workspaces, Apps, and Prompts

2.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all prompts, versions, metadata, and configuration ("User Content") stored within your workspace.

2.2 License to Operate the Service

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and transfer your User Content solely to provide the Services.

We do not use your User Content to train AI models or for marketing.

2.3 Isolation

Workspaces are isolated.

Your data is not shared with other customers unless you explicitly authorize it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PromptMan.dev for:

• illegal activities
• violating privacy or data protection laws
• storing or transmitting harmful code
• attempting to access other users' workspaces
• using the runtime API in a way that destabilizes the service
• abusing rate limits or bypassing billing

We may investigate or suspend accounts involved in abuse.

4. Runtime API Usage & Availability

4.1 API Access

You may access prompts at runtime via our REST API or SDKs.

You must use your workspace-scoped API keys.

4.2 Fair Use

We may throttle or suspend API calls that:

• exceed reasonable usage for your plan
• threaten system stability
• are clearly abusive or misconfigured

4.3 Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime unless specified in a separate SLA.

5. Billing & Pricing

5.1 Plans

Control Plane features (editor, versioning, environments, dashboard) are billed per workspace.

5.2 Runtime Usage

Runtime fetches are billed based on usage volume, as described on the pricing page.

5.3 Changes

We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Existing customers will receive advance notice before changes take effect.

5.4 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Termination

6.1 You may terminate

You can delete your account or workspace at any time. Upon termination:

• your prompts and versions will be deleted or anonymized
• runtime API keys will be disabled

6.2 We may terminate or suspend

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• violate these Terms
• pose a security risk
• fail to pay
• misuse the Services

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you unless prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to:

• the software powering PromptMan.dev
• the UI, dashboards, and documentation
• the backend systems, SDKs, and APIs

You may not:

• reverse engineer
• copy significant portions
• resell or white-label PromptMan without permission
• remove branding unless your plan explicitly allows it

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service
• error-free operation
• that your prompts will perform a certain way in LLMs
• that your usage of AI models will be appropriate for your application

You are responsible for:

• validating your prompts
• testing versions before publishing
• ensuring compliance with applicable laws

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You understand that prompt behavior can change depending on model updates, provider outages, or your prompt content. PromptMan.dev is not responsible for downstream model outputs.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes:

• what data we collect
• how we process it
• where it is stored
• your rights regarding your data

If you use PromptMan.dev with personal data, you must comply with applicable laws and provide appropriate notices to your users.

11. Third-Party Providers

PromptMan.dev integrates with external infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, email services). We are not responsible for outages or incidents caused by third-party providers.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
